The almshouse is located just off Lansdown Road on the North side of the city, only 15 minutes from Junction 18 on the M4 (two hours from London) and a gentle walk downhill to the centre of Bath. There is plenty of parking (a permit is provided) on St Stephens Road, so you can leave the car and walk this historic town at your own pace. There is a bus stop three minutes away, and a taxi from the city centre or the railway station. Bath Spa railway station has trains direct to London once or twice an hour (approximately 1.5 hour journey). The nearest airport is Bristol (approximately 45 minutes from Bath).

By Road

Exit at  junction 18 from the M4 and take the A46 towards Bath, then right at the roundabout taking the A420 towards Bristol. After about 500 yards take a left and follow the signs to Bath Racecourse, as the road becomes Lansdown Road. You are now ten minutes away.  At St Stephen's Church cross over onto St Stephen's Road and park opposite the almshouses. 
By rail: A taxi from the station will take 5-8 minutes and cost about £7. 
By bus: The numbers 31 and 2 stop immediately opposite the church.
